SMS terms
The Banyan Address Confirmations program is operated by Cybersync Consulting Inc. These terms cover its optional informational text messages.
Messages and permission
After you explicitly agree to the verbal consent request, Banyan may send automated texts to the mobile number you confirmed. They ask you to confirm or correct your mailing address for family invitations, and may include reminders and replies related to that request. No marketing messages are included.
Only provide consent for a number you use and are authorized to enroll. Tell us if you stop using it. Consent is not a condition of receiving an invitation, making a purchase, or using Banyan.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with address-check requests and reminders. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier's plan. Banyan does not charge a separate fee to receive these texts.
Opt out
Reply STOP to a message from (929) 669-3376 to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also withdraw consent by emailing support@onbanyan.com or telling the organizer. Other clear requests to stop messages will also be honored.
Replying NO to an address question means the address is incorrect; it does not mean STOP. Replying YES to an address question confirms the address; it is not a new SMS enrollment.
Help and delivery
Reply HELP or email support@onbanyan.com for assistance. If you have unsubscribed and do not receive a HELP reply, contact support by email.
Delivery depends on your carrier and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are not an emergency service.
Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle directory information, message records, and consent. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent for third-party marketing.
Changes
Updates will appear here with a new effective date. We will obtain new consent before using your number for a materially different messaging purpose.
