Family invitations, one correct address

A quick check before the envelope goes out.

Banyan helps families keep a shared directory and prepare invitations for a simcha. Our optional texts ask you to confirm or correct your mailing address.

Banyan is operated by Cybersync Consulting Inc. Address-check texts identify Banyan and the family asking. They are informational, with no advertising.

You choose whether to receive texts

A family organizer or Banyan representative asks for your permission in a conversation before enrolling your number. They explain the program using the script below and record your explicit answer. A relative adding your number to a list does not enroll you.

Texting is optional. You can decline and still receive a family invitation or use another way to confirm your address. Message frequency varies with address-check requests and reminders. Message and data rates may apply.

What we ask before enrolling you

Verbal consent script, version 2026-10-08. The organizer fills in the family name, confirms your mobile number, reads the full script, and waits for your answer:

I'm asking on behalf of the [family name] family. Banyan, operated by Cybersync Consulting Inc., can send automated text messages to your mobile number to confirm or correct your mailing address for family invitations, including reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help, or email support@onbanyan.com. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of receiving an invitation, making a purchase, or using Banyan. Our privacy policy and SMS terms are available at onbanyan.com/sms.html; I can read them to you if needed. Do you agree to receive these texts from Banyan at the mobile number we just confirmed?

We enroll the number only after a clear yes. Silence, an address confirmation, or permission given by someone other than the number's user does not count.

Stop messages or get help

Texts come from (929) 669-3376. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support, or email support@onbanyan.com. You may also ask the organizer to stop your texts.

Replying NO to an address question means the address needs correcting. It does not subscribe you to texts or withdraw your permission to receive them.

Please read our Privacy policy and SMS terms.
